What this site sets

Essential only, by default. The public site at rykmanrealty.com works without setting any tracking cookie. Two small pieces of storage exist so the site can function:

• Your cookie choice. When you answer the cookie banner, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage (named rr_consent) so we do not ask you on every page.
• Private preview access. Our pre-launch review copies of this site sit behind an access code and set one cookie to keep you signed in there. It never applies to the public site.

Analytics, only if you allow it

If you choose Accept on the banner, we measure anonymous usage with Google Analytics: which pages get read, which buttons get used. That measurement loads only after your yes, is limited to anonymous usage patterns, and never sells or shares your data with advertisers.

What we never do

• No advertising trackers, no retargeting pixels.
• No selling or renting your information. Ever.
• Nothing you submit through a form is stored in your browser beyond the page you typed it on.

Change your mind
